Nick Valle started Sunset Services in 2000 with one truck and a maintenance route across Aurora and Naperville. The first contract is still active, twenty-five years later. We've stayed locally owned and family operated since day one — based in Aurora, IL.

In 2018, Erick — Nick's son — took over operations. Same crew, same 6:30 a.m. start, same standard for what a finished property looks like. We answer to our customers, not to outside ownership groups or private-equity quotas. No subcontracted surprises; the people who measure your project are the people who do it.

Marcin joined to lead the hardscape division — Unilock-Authorized installs, paver patios, retaining walls, fire features. The standard is exceptional workmanship, fair pricing, and a finished property you can hand off to the family with confidence. The trucks share a yard; your job stays one phone call long.

Our goal isn't to sell projects. It's to help homeowners make smart investments — outdoor spaces families can enjoy for years to come. Our reputation is built one homeowner, one neighborhood, one project at a time.
